What is Bonside?

Why a portal? My landlord usually asks for financials by email.

How do upload my documents?
Enter your email address and Bonside will send a one-time verification link to your inbox. No account or password creation required. If you need to return later, re-authenticate with the same email to add or update documents.
Is my data safe?

Who has access to my data?
Access is limited to Nuveen and Bonside. We do not sell, distribute, or share your data with third parties. Access is governed by strict confidentiality standards in line with our SOC 2 II certification.
What does Bonside do with my data?
Bonside processes your documents to produce a standardized evaluation for Nuveen's leasing review. This is not a credit application. No credit check is initiated, and your information is used solely to produce this evaluation for Nuveen.
